You should download these iso; The fix of Anaconda crash in "rescue mode" is included, see Bugfix for details (Centos3.8, RHAS3.8, gralinuxAS3_R2 have this bug)

Also, patchs from R2 to R3 is available;

to obtain R3 iso (if you have R2 iso):

Go to the directory of your R2 iso files,

download these files:

diff-cd1-R2-R3.patch, diff-cd12-R2-R3.patch, diff-cd3-R2-R3.patch and apply them by:

patch -p0 < diff-cd1-R2-R3.patch

patch -p0 < diff-cd1-R2-R3.patch

patch -p0 < diff-cd1-R2-R3.patch

Do not forget to rename your isos files :)
